Your boy Tyga was at his LA Gear (yes, that LA Gear) release party at Shiekh Shoes in Hollywood when he was slapped with legal papers by a process server posing as a fan looking for an autograph. Of course, the dude got his LA Gear's signed first before serving him, which is just Process Server 101: Lull them to sleep before roasting them with a summons.
As for the actual sneakers- The Tyga x LA Gears Lights 'Liquid Gold' are set to release at more locations this Spring. As the name indicates, they are doused in a gaudy coat of gold with the classic light up heel. If you're not digging these but are still in the market for some Tyga x LA Gears, he'll be unveiling three more pairs later this year.
I was still really young when L.A. gear was at its peak so I didn't have a chance to experience wearing them. But I remember seeing commercials and stuff and thought a shoe that lit up was just so dope. The light-ups are going to be one of the designs we launch with because they are the OG's, but I'm designing a bunch of other styles from running shoes to skate-type shoes so we're about to come with some heat!
